What does the treatment include?

Your treatment begins with a consultation where we’ll discuss how your body is feeling, any particular areas of tension and your preferred massage pressure.

You’ll then be given privacy to get comfortable on the treatment bed before your massage begins.

Back Massage

The treatment begins with a thorough massage across the entire back.

A combination of flowing, kneading and targeted massage techniques are used to work across the muscles, with particular attention given to areas where you are holding tension.

Pressure can be adapted to your preference, allowing the massage to remain deeply relaxing while still giving tighter areas the attention they need.

Neck & Shoulders

The massage continues through the neck and shoulders — an area where tension can easily build from work, posture and everyday stresses.

Focused techniques help loosen muscular tightness and encourage the shoulders to relax, making this an especially enjoyable part of the treatment for anyone who feels like they carry their stress through their upper body.

Décolleté Massage

Relaxing massage techniques are then incorporated across the décolleté and upper chest area, extending the treatment beyond the back and helping create a complete upper-body relaxation experience.

Throughout your massage, you will remain appropriately covered and comfortable, with only the area currently being treated uncovered.
